Anxiety Tip

Try this. When you feel like youre getting in your head, or like anxiety is getting the better of you - make anxiety a “evil” person. Talk to that person using anxiety as a 3rd person. “Anxiety said that you….” Example - Hey susan, can i chat with you about something bugging me? Susan- ya whats up? Anxiety told me that when you didnt say i love you back when we ended the phone call earlier, its because youre mad at me. Susan- No. Thats not true. I do love you. Ok thank you. By making Anxiety a 3rd person you can shut down any negative thoughts or beliefs without accusing other people and allow you to be vulnerable in a healthy way to strengthen your mindset but your relationships.
